"We were talking with some other guests in camp last night how this might be some of the best walleye fishing on the planet. Something to save for and plan for. This place gets booked years ahead of time. We were really lucky to be able to fish this as they probably don’t need the exposure or promotion. You have to get to Winnipeg and take a plane to reach this lake so it isn’t accessible like many other lakes but if you ever get the chance to fish Gunisao Lake, DO IT! 50-100 walleyes per day… most of the fish over 21 inches up to 30 inches all with jigs. Don’t wake me up from this dream!"
